RETURN POLICY

GiGi Ferranti takes great care in creating beautiful and lasting Jewelry. Each piece is made with genuine natural gemstones that come from the earth. Because of this, each stone is unique and may have different characteristics and slight variations in color that you are not able see on the website.        

A full merchandise refund for all orders will only be given if the item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unaltered and in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging and box with tags attached and your original sales receipt. Keep in mind that if any offers or gifts with purchase are part of the sale that is being returned, the gift with purchase must be returned as well.

Please email info@gigiferrantijewelry.com for return approval and return authorizations codes; you must have an approval code before you ship your item back to us. We will email you your RA# and the address to which the return should be sent. We will not accept any packages that have not been pre-approved for return. You will receive an RA # that you must write on the outside of the box used for shipping. Any box received without prior approval and our RA# on it will not be accepted.

Please insure your package for the price of the items being returned and ship it via a trackable method with a signature required. Please pack your items carefully and wrap them to secure them from damage. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost.

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be inspected and the return will be processed.  Credit will be issued in the same form of payment. Please allow up to 30 business days after receipt of your return for credit to be issued.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for custom designs, special orders or sale items, so please select carefully.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to process and ship your order so that we can insure each item meets our high quality standards. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via FedEx and or UPS with signature required; there must be someone at least 18 years or older to sign for the package. Please make sure to check that your shipping information is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to reroute your package once it is shipped.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, or if for any reason there will be a delay in shipping the item beyond 10 business days, the customer will be notified by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and based on the items being purchased.  We use Fedex as our international shipper. All customs fees are the responsability of the customer.
